You will also need to be able to work 2.30pm - 11.00pm for this position due to the nature of the work being carried out
My client based in Dartford requires a switched on, organised and capable administrator, for a new project.
You will enjoy laising with engineers ensuring they are on time to their destination, they have completed the job to the agreed timescale, without any problems and they are aware of their next destination and estimated time of arrival.
You will also be completing paperwork in relation to the work carried out and keeping the system up to date and in order for checking by managment.
Good all round communication skills, friendly cheerful disposition and reliable with the ability to work to agreed timescales and deadlines. You will possess an organised approach to your work and enjoy working in admin team, but working under your own supervision.
